Funke Akindele And JJC Skillz Rock Army Camouflage

Nollywood actress Funke Akindele and her husband JJC Skillz were both seen wearing military outfits.

They seem to look good on the outfit as they got a lot of praise from her fans. Some of them jokingly asked if they have joined the military. Is it that they are not aware of the warning given by the army that refrains any civilian from wearing the army camouflage uniform.

Recall that in 2014, Nigerian army released a statement by warning celebrities to stop wearing Nigerian Military Camoulage in their music videos, photo shoot or concerts and they said that anyone will be dealt with regardless f their social position.

They mentioned names of those who were guilty of the offence like Nigerian rapper, Jesse Jagz, Pop singers Iyanya, Wizkid, Davido, Tekno Miles and Chidinma.

The statement read,” This is to inform the general public and most especially Nigerian celebrities to abstain from the use and abuse of the Nigerian Military camouflage. Several investigations were carried out and we noticed the camouflage is mostly being used by Nigerian celebrities in music videos, photo-shoots and concerts”.
