Everything is set for Adze's bachelor's party in the guest house.
Sule and Mudi enter the house to meet Billz and Simi kissing.
Adze and Vina arrive.
They are impressed with the arrangement Billz made.
Adze informs Billz about the meeting he has with the guys from the tech company.
Billz tells him to make sure he returns before the party starts.
Billz gets a call from Benson.
After the call he tells everyone that he has a family emergency but will be back in time for the party.
At the dinner, Folahan is introduced to Ida.
She tells him she's looking forward to his plans for the state.
Bem introduces himself and they act like they've never met before.
Ida turns to ask Prime why Bem's name sounds familiar.
Prime says he will fill her in.
They all sit and Folahan brings Prime his drink.
Prime pours a glass and gives it to Ida, saying she usually gets first approval of anything he does.
The sleazy detective enters Linda's office.
He says he went through the Vigo Corp files and just saw loose ends.
Linda asks if his friends at Vigo Corp weren't satisfied.
He says her sense of humour is weird today.
Linda says what's weird is how he bullied Riame into bringing him the files.
He pretends not to know what she's talking about.
He stands up to leave and Riame walks in with some officers.
He asks what's going on.
Linda plays the audio recording on her phone of him telling someone that he had the files.
Bem coughs very loudly and falls on Ida, knocking the glass off her hand.
Eevryone is shocked.
He apologises and leaves the room
Prime takes Ida out.
More guests arrive at the bachelor's party.
A lady starts flirting with Adze.
Vina walks up to her and tells her she's now uninvited.
The girl asks Adze if he would let Vina talk to her like that.
Vina pushes her out of the apartment then she tells Adze to warn his ex girlfriends.
Adze kisses her.
She reminds him of the meeting.
Ida and her bodyguard are standing along the hotel corridor.
She tells she's safe there and he doesn't have to keep following her around.
She gives him her room key to help get her a dress she can change into.
When the bodyguard leaves, Bem comes out from behind the wall where he was waiting.
Ida says she didn't mean for him to find out this way.
He says yet she came.
She says she takes it the drink was poisoned.
Bem says he didn't want to miss the fantastic explanation she's about to give him.
She says they missed the perfect opportunity to get rid of her husband once and for all.
He asks if she actually wants him dead.
She says there were women in Populous but her husband did good by rewriting history, she was one or the founding members and they had great ideas and dreams about the future of the country.
Bem asks what happened.
She says she thought she loved her husband but then she met Gerald and they couldn't get away from each other.
Bem says Arinola happened.
Ida says her husband was livid and wanted her to have an abortion, in the end, he banned women from the club and made her give the child up for adoption.
He asks why she didn't leave him.
She says she tried but then he sent her abroad and vowed that if she contacted Gerald again, he would kill Gerald; he didn't know the child was with Gerald through the Cardosos, until recently.
Benson is driving and Billz is in the car with him.
He thanks Billz for coming.
Billz asks if he put a strange flash drive on his system.
Benson says he doesn't understand how the virus got into his system and he's hoping they don't take money from his account, so he needs Billz to fix it.
Billz asks if the computer is frozen.
Benson says when they get there he would see for himself.
Billz says they just passed the turning to his house.
Benson says he just wants to get to the airport first to pick Billz's aunt.
Billz says he thought what happened to his account is an emergency.
He take out his phone and calls the aunt, placing the call on speakerphone.
He tells her that they are coming to pick her from the airport.
She says she's not coming to Nigeria.
Billz says he must have misunderstood his uncle.
He ends the call and Benson says he's just trying to keep his away as far as possible from Adze.
Billz asks what he has done to Adze.
Benson says Adze did it to himself and Billz should be worried about himself.
Oye and Mummy came back home with Tes.
Mummy complains about the loud music.
Maria tells them it's Adze's bachelor's eve.
Oye suggests going to her place.
Tes says it's his brother getting married and he has to be there.
They all enter the guest house and sit.
Tes asks where Adze is.
Vina says he rushed out.
She asks if he needs anything.
He says he wants to dance.
She pulls him up and he manages to stand on his feet and swing his arms.
Billz calls Simi on the phone but she can't hear him because of the loud music.
Tintin is driving Adze to the appointment.
His phone is in the backseat ringing but he is in front, talking to Tintin.
Bem asks Ida 'Why now?'
She says she was away and isolated, she didn't know Prime had become a monster.
Bem asks what Arinola's death had to do with it.
She says she was trying to protect Arinola.
He asks if the other children didn't need protection.
She says they were far away from it, Prime knew the family would always be a weakness, so he kept his family away from the firing line.
Bem asks what happens now.
She says Populous is about doing good and can still be, if they cut off the head.
He asks why she doesn't do it instead of involving him.
She says for 4 decades she lived in emotional torture and she doesn't want to lose any more of her children since she lost one already.
She says Bem loved her daughter and the love of her life was like a father to him, so he needs to help her get rid of the man that killed two of them.
They hear the door opening and Bem walks away.
She wipes her tears and collects the dress from the bodyguard.
Bem returns to the party.
SS1 berates him for not letting Ida drink the cognac.
Bem says it wasn't the deal.
SS1 says it's just an extra life in the grand scheme of things, now Prime knows something is up.
He says he's disappearing and he suggests Bem does the same.
Linda is in Wunmi office.
She tells her about her colleague's arrest and says he's he's talking to the police about everything.
She asks where Bem is.
Wunmi says she doesn't know.
Linda turns on her laptop and shows Wunmi the screen.
Wunmi asks what she's watching.
Linda says it's proof that Bem killed Tokunboh Dosunmu.
Bem is having a drink of water at the party.
Prime walks up to him and says Bem is missing the party.
Bem says it's not his scene.
Prime says he's a smart man.
He asks if Bem knows why he likes him.
Bem asks why.
He says Bem is aware.
He tells him to look around, all the people are there because of him (Prime) and they have no idea, they know themselves through the reality that surrounds them, without the music or anything to help them forget how powerless they are.
Bem asks if he's different.
Prime says Bem at least realises the truth of his situation.
He asks where SS1 was off to.
Bem says he has no idea.
Prime says he looked like he had a plane to catch but they will all catch up at the next meeting.
Bem says No doubt'.
Prime tells him to think of his offer and he should expect to hear the news any time now, he's sure it would help sway his decision.
Ida tells Prime shes ready to leave.
He says he would do anything for her.
He tells Bem he'll be waiting.
Bem mutters not to hold his breath.
Wunmi asks Linda where she got the evidence.
Linda says it doesn't matter, he did it.
Wunmi says what about all good he's done? He helped Linda, he brought down a corrupt police man ans he's fighting Vigo Corp.
Linda says she knows he has done so much but they don't know his real motive for doing it all, if he's lucky, he may get a plea bargain, the law is the law and she can't let him get away with murder.
Adze gets out of the car and picks up his phone.
He tells Billz he's at the place but can't really hear him.
He walks past a car and the driver steps out, bringing out his gun.
Billz shows up and blocks Adze from the man's gun.
The guy fires and it hits Billz on the chest.
Tintin jumps out of the car and shoots the guy.
Billz is bleeding from the chest and mouth.
Adze yells for Tintin to call the police.
Billz is on the floor, lifeless.
