'Tinsel' Season 9 Episode 2001 Recap - Aired: Friday 24 March 2017

Shoshanna comes into Salewa's house and asks Helen and Salewa where they are headed to.

They wonder what is happening to her as she is not going to work.; has she been sacked?

Sho spins them a tale about quitting because Amara was getting too attached to her.

They don't really believe her but let it slide.

Mimi walks into Charles' office and hails him her Lover.

Nnenna said she is wanted by Charles.

She reminds him that he will have to do it all over again when he gets the ring.

He is trying to explain to her; there is no ring.

She says they can go get one.

He says he did not propose to her.

She wonders what he then did? He held her ring finger and why didn't he stop her? She had gone off to tell her mum, her friend from University and everyone else; She didn't tell Nnenna because she wanted Nnenna to see the ring first.

He tries to console her but she pushes him off and leaves.

Salewa and friends are at Ziggy's.

Salewa and Helen are laughing to what they were looking at on their phone.

They notice Sho is lost in thought and ask her what the issue is?

Sho is thinking of how to raise funds for her business especially now that she does not have a job. Helen and Salewa suggest other ways of raising the funds like buying the items one by one but Sho says she needs the box to look serious.

Salewa cannot believe that the box is for swag.

Obiora approaches their table and Sho shoos him away.

The others wonder what that was about?

Sho says she has no time to listen to everyone.

Joanne wonders why Sheila is looking sad?

Sheila reminds her that she just told her she made a mistake giving Yaya up. They agree that they will not always agree and Joanne says that is why she doesn't have plenty of friends.

Sheila does not believe she doesn't have friends.

Nero calls Sheila to let her know that he is coming over.

Joanne asks what is between them?

Sheila screams nothing!

Joan smiles and hopes Sheila is right about giving Yaya up.

Sheila says Yaya is sensitive and whichever way this goes, it won't be nice for her.

Zane walks Alexis out to the reception in Phoenix Prime but she stops him.

She wants to go back inside.

Zane says she can't go in and continue to be rude to Brenda.

Alexis says she is not ready to go home, she is ready to say sorry for being rude, she does not want to go home to mummy.

Zane agrees and hugs her now that she is a good girl.

Charles walks into Mimi's office and she asks if he has not done enough damage? he is coming to watch her apply make up?

He tries to leave but she says she is kidding.

He asks if she has forgiven him?

She says she needs to forgive herself first.

She agreed that it was an honest mistake on his part and says she will tell her mum it was a prank. Charles says he should have been clearer at first.

She asks him not to breathe a word of this to anyone. Not even to herself.

They agree to be friends and hold hands.

Mimi says it is quite suggestive but agrees that it is worth trying out for.

Nero greets the ladies as he saunters into Sheila's house.

Joanne rushes off to meet him.

Sheila says that is quite aristocratic.

Joanne says she only greeted the gentleman.

Nero sits down and asks if there is any word from the police?

Sheila says she is still waiting to hear what they will tell her when she spills.

Nero reminds her that Yaya can say she knows nothing.

Sheila says she is aware, Joanne has made sure of that.

Nero reminds her it is a very crucial situation; If Tsav shows himself, it is a seven year jail term. Sheila says he brought it on himself.

Nero says that is if he is ready to forfeit his freedom for someone.

Sheila calls someone and arranges for a meeting in her house.

Nero asks who that was?

Sheila says if she has to force Tsav's hand, the person she called will help.

Sho paces Salewa's house and calls Chuks, who is babysitting, to ask for her pay.

Chuks says he is not owing her, they had an agreement and Sho defaulted, So he owes her nothing. She begs him to reconsider.

He reminds her that she was 'carrying shoulder' for him before.

She says she was upset.

Chuks accepted her apologies and says he does not owe her anything.

Coach meets Sheila.

Sheila says she has a few questions for him and she would appreciate his honesty.

He asks how she will know if he is speaking the truth?

She says she would have continued the banter if it was a social visit.

She asks if he was involved in Tsav's madness at the wedding?

Before he answers, Sheila tells him that Reel Studios lost staff, Angela is dead, children were there, and she hears their voices in her dream.

Coach apologizes but insists that Tsav is innocent; he only wants to scare people.

Sheila says what he did was criminal.

Coach says he is not trying to whitewash it.

Sheila says she is trying to help redeem Tsav and asks if Coach can help her with that?

Sheila asks Coach to talk to her; if they don't fix this, they will become a part of the problem.

Coach says that is not right.

She asks if he knows where Tsav is?

Coach says Tsav will do anything for his family but this time he did it for himself and messed up big time.

He absolves himself and tells Sheila that he does not know where Tsav is; Tsav has not spoken with him in a while.

Sheila believes that he will call Coach and hopes he will contact her.

Coach asks why she thinks he will make contact? She is sure of that.

Brenda gets off the phone as Zane and Alexis walk into her office.

Zane says Alexis has something to say.

Alexis apologizes and Brenda hugs her.

She asks if the actors are still there.

Brenda says no but she can show Alexis around the studio.

She tells Zane to go home, she will bring Alexis to him .

They both March off.

Ene expresses shock at Sho's conduct and says that at her age, she was not going round kissing boys. Chuks asks which other boyfriend she had?

She stops and says she means to say that she was not kissing any other boy like they do these days. Chuks blames her for their issue and wonders why Amara is with strangers when her mother is still available.

Ene reminds him that he is the father and wonders if he wants her to quit her job?

She reminds him that he is also her father.

A very tired Brenda gives John instructions on what to do with Alexis and Kwame and dozes off as he leaves.

She drifts off to sleep but jumps up when she realizes someone is watching her.

She asks what Alexis is doing?

Alexis smiles and says nothing.

Brenda jumps up in bed.

The detective meets Yaya in the interrogation room. She wonders what is going on?

Yaya is furious and wonders why she is being held when she has told them everything she knows. The policewoman says she has not said everything. She is not even there to ask Yaya any questions. She wants to know if Yaya wants water or something?

Yaya says no; but how about some champagne?

The policewoman is happy that Yaya has not lost her sense of humor because she will need it.
