'Tinsel' Season 9 Episode 2002 Recap - Aired: Monday 27 March 2017

Telema is at Ziggy’s.

She's on the phone with Ene.

Ene says she's proud of her with the progress of the movie as she knows it's not going to be easy.

Telema says she feels like she's been trying to make the movie since forever.

Ene says when the movie is made, Telema has her full permission to take herself on a nice, long vacation.

Telema looks at her phone and says a photo of her, Bimpe, Damini and Kayode has gone viral and people are calling them scanners.

A lady enters and asks Telema if she can show her face in public after stealing all their money.

Telema looks confused as she tells Ene that she would call back.

Alexis having breakfast at Brenda's house.

Brenda is playing with Kwame on the couch.

She asks Alexis if she's enjoying her breakfast.

Alexis asks why Brenda is nice to her

Brenda calls her over to sit on the couch with her.

She says she sees her through all this rude behaviour and knows she's a nice girl who just sees her as a threat but she only wants her to be happy and won't rest till she sees that happen.

Alexis says she's really sorry.

Brenda hugs her and sheds tears.

The lady calls Telema a shameless girl.

Telema asks if she has her confused with someone else.

Frank asks who the lady is.

The lady tells him to ask Telema the scammer.

Another lady and a man joins her and accuses Telema of asking people for money despite having a rich boyfriend.

Telema says Kayode may be her boyfriend but his money is not her money.

The lady tells the others to see how expensive Telema looks with her hair and all.

She picks Telema's bag from the table and Frank drags it from her hand and takes Telema out.

They call her shameless girl and begin to hoot at her. 

Sankey is at work, having her lunch.

Segun enters and informs her that Yaya was arrested and brought in by detective Christie.

Sankey asks on what grounds?

Segun says he doesn't know but it seems detective Christie has something strong on her.

Sankey sees a call from Sheila but ignores it.

She tells Segun she doesn't believe the whole thing but she will pay Sheila a visit.

Segun asks why she doesn't just return the call.

Sankey says it's not a topic to be discussed over a phone conversation.

Mimi and Charles are in a restaurant having lunch.

She says he was forming macho man for her.

He says he didn't have a choice.

She jokes that she would have dumped him.

He says he's happy she didn't.

She asks if he can get another opinion on Nnenna's project.

He says he already did.

She is about to say more but he says that's enough work conversation for one date.

She gets the message.

Sankey comes to see Sheila at home.

She asks if Sheila is aware that Yaya has been arrested.

Sheila says she's aware.

She says Yaya told her that Sankey said she didn't believe Tsav was guilty.

Sankey says she doesn't believe he's the only guilty one.

Sheila says she trusts that if Tsav is caught, Sankey is the only one who would ensure he's not killed.

She hands Sankey the envelope with photos of Kingsley's corpse.

Sankey is shocked.

Telema is on the set of Peju's show.

Peju says she takes it Telema has heard the news about her fraudulence. 

Telema says Peju should know better than to call her fraudulent. 

Peju starts the show and a calls comes in even before she can introduce Telema. 

The caller accuses Telema of stealing his money and running a Ponzi scheme. 

Telema laughs and asks if he knows what a Ponzi scheme is. 

Peju asks if she's making fun of the people. 

Telema says she's not.

The caller says she took their money and is now insulting them.

Sheila tells Sankey that she thinks Masters sent her the photos as a warning. 

Sankey says she can't arrest him because the photos don't prove anything. 

Sheila says she wants her help with something else; she gave Christie the testimony she used in arresting Yaya and once Tsav finds out, he will turn up and she will give Sankey all the information she needs to get him. 

Sankey asks what she wants in exchange. 

Sheila says she wants all charges against Yaya dropped. 

Brenda says what if Tsav doesn't come out?

Sheila assures her that she knows he would. 

Sankey repeats the question. 

Sheila sips her drink. 

Zane enters Brenda's bedroom to find her in bed with Alexis and Kwame. 

In his shock, he accidentally bumps the bedside locker and Brenda wakes up. 

She tells him to keep it down. 

They share a knowing smile. 

They move to the living room. 

Zane asks what magic she used to make Alexis even allow herself be held. 

Brenda says it was Alexis who reached out to her and asked why she was being nice to her, so they talked. Alexis apologised and they cried a little. 

Zane thanks her for her patience. 

Brenda says she's a nice girl. 

Zane says John told him how she was always being rude even when Brenda was saying she was being a good girl.

Brenda tells him to remind her to fire John. 

They laugh.

Christie enters the interrogation room and tells Yaya that she knows she's confused and she would try to lie but she has no choice other than to cooperate. 

She asks how long she was in contact with Tsav. 

Yaya says she's innocent. 

Christie tells her to ask Sheila how her attempt to cover for a fugitive went the last time. 

Yaya asks if she arrested her sister too. 

Christie says Sheila has been very cooperative and infact, she was the one who testified against Yaya.

Yaya says Sheila would never. 

Christie tells her to think about it. 

She leaves the room.

Telema is home with Bimpe and Ene.

She asks if the people accusing her know what a ponzi scheme is. 

Bimpe tells her to ignore them. 

Ene says they are serious allegations and they need to take them seriously. 

Bimpe tells Telema to ride on. 

Telema says the people can't stop her from making her movie. 

Brenda asks how Alexis feels about going out and if she's a good girl, they may stop by a film set. 

Alexis is excited. 

There is a knock on the door. 

Brenda answers and it's Serena. 

Alexis hugs her mother.

Zane comes out of the room to find out why Serena is there. 

Serena says she came to get Alexis. 

Zane says they had an agreement that he would return her tomorrow. 

Serena says she's didn't agree to it. 

Alexis says she doesn't want to go. 

Brenda and Zane smile,

St. John sees Sheila brooding. 

He asks what's wrong and if it has to do with the police that came the other day. 

Sheila is silent. 

He asks how long the police would keep harassing their family. 

Sheila tells him Yaya has been arrested. 

He asks why. 

Sheila says she's not sure but it has to do with Tsav as she has been in contact with him. 

St. John asks how they found out. 

Sheila says she told them because it's what she had to do. 

He asks if she has sent Yaya a lawyer. 

Sheila answers in the negative. 

St. John asks if Sheila is leaving Yaya completely on her own.
