Hypnotised Teenage Girl Gives Her Parents' N90k To Fraudsters

Two men, Dupe Adewole, 30, and Abiodun Oladimeji, 21, were arrested for allegedly hypnotising a 17-year-old girl and stealing her parents’ N90,000.

They were arrested by men of the Ondo State Command of the Civil Defence.

The state NSCDC Commandant, Adeyinka Fasiu, disclosed this while parading the suspects along with four others arrested for fraud and cultistism. 

According to him, the suspects have been terrorising Akure, the state capital. According to the commandant, Adewole and Oladimeji hypnotised a 17-year-old girl, Moturayo, and asked her to go and bring her parents’ money.

The commandant added that Adewole and Oladimeji also threatened their victim that if she told anybody she would run mad. In fear, the teenager went home to steal her parents’ N90,000 and gave it to the suspects.

The suspects would be charged to court.
